Can you carry out servicing when my boat is on it's mooring?
Yes, we have our own maintenance and support boats, allowing us to come to your boat whether it be on a marina mooring or your own private berth.
Are the packages on a fixed contract?
No, we offer all our services without a contract period, allowing you to choose when you need the support.
Can you povide yacht preparation within short notice?
Yes, we understand sometimes trips come up spontaneously. We ask for 24 hours' notice, but usually, we can offer a same-day service.
How does the breakdown service work?
You never know when a problem may occur, a much as we try to prevent them. If you do encounter a problem when out on the water, we are here to help. We will initially try and understand the problem over the phone, if it can't be resolved we will send out one of our support boats to assist in person.
Will you offer breakdown assitsnace if I'm out of Cornwall?
This depends on your exact location, our support boats are limited based on their fuel range and potentially weather conditions. We aim to get to any boat within a 20-mile range of Falmouth.
We can offer a bigger coverage breakdown service by road if you're able to dock your boat somewhere safely.
Can I have tuition on my own boat?
Yes, we think this is the best way.
Learning on your own boat is a great way to understand how your boat likes to be handled and the specifics of your boat, as every boat is different.
Can you clean our hull whilst its in the water?
Yes, we know this is a very important thing to consider, especially for the frequent racers. A clean hull can make an unbelievable difference to your boat's performance.
We have specialist equipment allowing us to offer hull cleaning on almost any boat that's in or out of the water.
Can I choose only some elemnts of the support package?
Yes, we can customise the package to suit your requirements.
How does the boat tracking work?
On any of our boat packages, we include a live tracker. This connects discretely to your boat, offering you peace of mind on those windy days or nights.
You can set a trigger radius, meaning that once your boat exits that zone you will be notified by SMS and Email.
You can track your boat's movement live and save logs.
With the launch and recovery service, can you collect and drop off the boat at my home?
Yes, if you prefer to keep your boat at home, that's fine with us.
We can coordinate timings to ensure we can collect your boat within time to have it launched and in the water ready for your arrival.
